What can I expect from the experience?
THE LAST DAYS OF POMPEII is the immersive exhibition about a civilization, inaugurated at MAD (Madrid Artes Digitales), which has had a spectacular international journey: over 850,000 visitors in total. Now, and only until September 20, it arrives in Barcelona in a spectacular 3,000 m² space at Palau Victòria Eugènia, featuring a tour of 8 rooms including traditional exhibition spaces, an immersive room, a virtual reality experience in VR360º format, and a unique metaverse.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Palau Victòria Eugènia (Pavelló 7B) - Pl. Carles Buïgas, 7, 08038 Barcelona.
What are the center's opening hours?
The center is open from 10:00 to 22:00, with last entry at 20:00, from Wednesday to Sunday. On Tuesdays, the center will remain closed.

Do I need to bring any accreditation/ID to enter?
If you have discounted tickets for people with disabilities, you must provide proof that you meet the requirements for these groups using the corresponding card/ID.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
To give you an approximate idea, 90 minutes.
Can food and drink be purchased at the venue?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available for purchase at this event.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this venue, so we recommend that you do not arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. Check the experience page for up-to-date availability information, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience contains virtual reality in VR 360 format and metaverse format; the exhibition is open to all audiences, but some groups may be sensitive to the content. You can consult our recommendations in our Legal Notice. The metaverse is recommended for ages 6 and up.
If I wear glasses, can I wear the VR headset?
The virtual reality headsets can be worn over prescription glasses.
Is there a dress code?
There is no defined dress code for this experience; casual attire is fine.
Will there be products for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in the shop.
About tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on-site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before. If you wish to make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the ticket date and/or time. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?

About Event Access
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Arriving 5 minutes before your visit time is recommended to streamline entry. You can access up to 10 minutes later. For example, if you purchased a ticket for the 12:30 session, you can enter until 12:40.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this event venue, not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The space is accessible for people with reduced mobility or using a wheelchair. For the metaverse experience, accompaniment is mandatory.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Bringing food or drink is not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights. The exhibition is open to all audiences, but some groups may be sensitive to the content; you can consult our recommendations in our Legal Notice.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is a guided experience, so there will be no seats available. However, folding chairs are available in case any specific visitor needs one. They can be requested at the event box office itself.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
This venue has unisex restrooms; please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please ensure you do not disturb other customers. Flash, professional equipment, and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I ask about lost items?
We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on-site, please contact mmeya@layersofreality.com.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have cloakrooms.
Is there an age requirement? Are baby strollers allowed?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for baby strollers.However at the moment the is no parking allocated for strollers. Children under 3 years old can enter for free. Baby strollers can be used throughout the center. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
